Return & Refunds

If, for any reason, a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, we invite them to review our refund and return policy. The following terms apply to any products you purchased from us.

Conditions for Returns

Customers are eligible to return products for any reason within 30 days of delivery.In order for the products to be accepted for a return:The products were purchased in the last 30 daysThe products are in the original packaging with all original accessories For items with a manufacturer seal, the manufacturer seal must be unopenedThe item(s) cannot be damaged due to the handling or use of the customerThe following Goods cannot be returned:The supply of products made to specific specifications or clearly personalized.The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.The supply of Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.Products on sale cannot be refunded.We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.


How to start a return
Email admin@americanproducts32.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. If the return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and return postage.Make sure to enclose all parts of the original packaging. Pack the items. Send the product. We receive the product and inspect it.

Once approved, we will send a replacement or refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Canceling an order

An order can be canceled before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, kindly follow the return policies stated above for the return reason.

Lost shipments
If at least 2 days have elapsed since the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service via email at admin@americanproducts32.com and allow us at least 5 days to investigate the item(s) 'whereabouts with the delivery service. If we cannot track your shipment after the 5-day investigation, the shipment will be declared lost, customer will be entitled to a full refund, or we will send a replacement.

Refund process
The refund will be initiated once the product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund takes up to 10 business days to process. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment.
